At Little Munchkin Lounge, we truly want you to love your purchase! But if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made the return process as easy as possible. Please take a moment to review our policy below.
How Our Return Policy Works
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To keep things safe and hygienic, we can only accept unopened items. Once the product has been opened or used, we unfortunately can’t accept it back.
- What Can Be Returned: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We want to make sure you receive your products in perfect condition!

- Opened or used items
How to Return Your Item
If you'd like to return an item, here’s what to do:
- Get in Touch: Please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can email us at Littlemunchkinlounge@gmail.com or give us a call at +1 (917) 415-2177.
- Return Authorization: After we confirm that your return is eligible, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please be sure to include this number when returning your item.
- Return Shipping: You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost, but don’t worry—we’ll make it as easy as possible! We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, just to be safe.
- Package It Up: Please pack your item carefully in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in great condition.
Refunds
Once we’ve received your return and confirmed it meets our guidelines, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refund Timeframe: It typically takes 7-10 business days for us to process your refund after we receive your returned item.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned item is opened or used, we may offer a partial refund.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we’d be more than happy to offer an exchange at no extra charge. We’ll also cover the shipping cost for the replacement. Just let us know, and we’ll get it sorted!
Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?
If it’s been 7-10 business days and you still haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Reach out to your credit card company or bank—they sometimes take a little longer to process refunds.
