We’re happy to ship to all addresses within the United States. Right now, we don’t offer international shipping, but we hope to expand that soon!
2. Processing Time
We work hard to get your order ready as quickly as possible. After you place your order, it will typically be processed within 1-3 business days.

Keep in mind that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you place an order after 6:00 PM EST or over the weekend, we’ll get started on it the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

- Delivery in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Starting at $25.99 (cost varies based on your location).
At checkout, you can choose the option that works best for you. We’re here to make sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible!
4. Delivery Times
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way.
- Standard Shipping: You can expect delivery in 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Your order will arrive in 1-2 business days.
Please note: during busy seasons (like holidays), there could be slight delays, so we recommend ordering early to avoid any hiccups.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If you ever need to return an item, we’re happy to help! However, please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- You’ll receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) once we get the return, but shipping costs are non-refundable.
- When returning your item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service so you can easily monitor the return process.

6. Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with all the tracking details. You can track your package directly from there. If you need help or didn’t receive your tracking info, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll assist you right away!
7. Issues with Orders
We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If there’s an issue with your order — like a damaged item or lost package — here’s what to do:
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll either replace it or issue a full refund.
